Who is the Pathway for?

The Pathway is intended for young players who are genuinely interested in a professional future in polo. The programme requires not just talent, but most importantly, commitment to this programme, which will require significant time, dedication to tasks, acceptance of learning, and a growth mindset.

Both players and parents on the Pathway are asked to commit fully to the learning objectives, as the support given reflects individual needs. The overall aim is to support players to develop their future in professional polo.

We currently have 40 members, who have enjoy various workshops, seminars and days out at high-goal tournaments and yards throughout year – all organised by the HPA and offered to Pathway members free of charge.
