a. Any CVs that are found to be incorrect will normally result in disciplinary action and if a team was not qualified to play due to my incorrect handicap as a result of an incomplete declaration, any team with which I have played or am playing shall be disqualified;

b. Before I can play chukkas with any affiliated club in the UK, I must first join the HPA and an affiliated or provisionally affiliated club;

c. My handicap may be changed at any time by the HPA Handicap Committee. This may include before I have played if further information comes to light.

d. If a migrant player, I understand that if my handicap is placed in brackets, which is notification that it is considered that my handicap may need to be changed, then I may not play for anyone else other than my sponsor licence holder, including as a substitute until the brackets have been removed.

e. A player coming in to get a handicap needs to be seen to play sufficiently at one of the high goal clubs. Else it is not guaranteed they will be awarded a handicap.
