The HPA’s Green Book is a supplementary rule book and year book for the arena season. All rules contained in the Blue Book apply in the arena unless superseded by a corresponding rule in the Green Book. Arena members receive a printed book with their membership packs, but the latest version with any mid-season updates can always be found online.
