Hilario Ulloa was awarded a red flag during a Gold Cup league match on 28 May 2026.
In accordance with Part 1 Rule 50a(iv), a provisional two-match suspension was applied and a DRP was convened to review the incident.
Having reviewed all available footage, the DRP concluded that the two-match suspension is not an appropriate penalty and will not be imposed.
Mr. Ulloa will start his next Gold Cup match in the sin bin for the remaining 1 minute and 53 seconds, and will also start this match and all remaining matches in the 2026 Cowdray Gold Cup on a yellow flag, in accordance with the aforementioned rule.
