The teams to play for the Diamond Jubilee are ready for action, as the next international fixture of 2026 heads to Cirencester Park Polo Club on Saturday 20 June. This prestigious trophy – reserved for a women’s international played at the highest level – was commissioned in 2012 in celebration of Queen Elizabeth II’s 60th year on the throne and designed by renowned sculptor Emma MacDermott. The bronze is around 20inches high and the leopard represents the fact that Queen Elizabeth II was staying at Treetops Hotel in Aberdares, Kenya – well known as leopard country – when her father died and she became queen.
In addition to the Diamond Jubilee, spectators can take in the final of the Warwickshire Cup 22-goal VL tournament in a full day of top-quality polo.
