England team heads to FIP European Arena Polo Championships

We are excited to announce that an arena team that will represent England at the 2026 FIP European Arena Polo Championships.

The team of Ricky Cooper (1), Grant Collett (5), and Matias Amaya (7) will travel to Rome for the tournament taking place between 26-30 May.

This experienced trio have spent plenty of time in the arena together, most recently with Matias and Ricky teaming up to win the 15-goal Arena Victor Ludorum series for Red Star, while Matias and Grant also represented England in the 2025 Bryan Morrison against Argentina. Mikey Henderson will act as Tactical Team Coach.

England will play teams from Italy, France, and Switzerland over four days of competitive polo, with the final taking place on Saturday 30 May.
