The HPA is excited to confirm that the office will be relocating from Little Coxwell, Faringdon, to Kirtlington Park in November 2024. This move has been planned for several months and has been timed to cause minimal disruption to our members and our services.
In the past two years, the office team has expanded to a total of 9 members of staff and a contracted accounts professional, and as a result has considerably outgrown the current base in Little Coxwell, on the estate of former CEO David Woodd. The new location not only provides more space and facilities, including a dedicated meeting room and increased storage, but its location within Kirtlington Park Polo Club and adjacent to Oxford Polo brings the HPA team closer to polo on a day-to-day basis and provides a cost-effective premises for a new base. Improved transport links with direct access to the M40 also enable staff to visit clubs more easily, and offer improved journeys for those visiting the office.
The final stage of the move is expected to commence on Thursday, 31 October with the first day in the new location planned for Tuesday, 4 November. IT and phone services will be transferred over the weekend to minimise disruption, but we would advise that any urgent queries are addressed before or after these dates. Our telephone numbers and email addresses will remain the same.
The address of our new office is shown below, in addition to our location on a map. This should be used for all correspondence including passports for anything being posted on or after 31 October 2024. Existing passports will contain our current address but this should be ignored and these will be updated whenever they are next processed by the HPA.
For any correspondence accidentally sent to the old address, we will have a re-direct service in place but we encourage everyone to update their records accordingly as soon as possible.
Anyone with questions regarding our office relocation is welcome to contact us by emailing enquiries@hpa-polo.co.uk.
