Club INSURANCE
As you will see from the HPA Members’ Public Liability detail, commercial activities should be insured separately to legislate for the additional and specific exposures relevant to each particular club.
Clubs should discuss their insurance requirements dependent upon their activity recognising that certain insurances like Employers’ Liability is a legal requirement. However, as commercial entities, certain other exposures should be considered for the protection of the Members, Management, players and members of the public.
