- Team handicap -4 to -2 goals
- Players must be 11 years old before the first match and under 14 on 1st January 2025 (players born after Jan. 1st, 2011)
- As well as being members of the Pony Club, players must be members of the HPA with a registered handicap and have passed the rules test
- Players can also play in other Pony Club sections
- Minimum individual handicap is -1 goals
- Maximum individual handicap is 0 goals and a maximum of two 0 goal players per team
- Handicaps will be judged and changed where necessary during the tournaments. The tournament committee will decide the handicaps
- Teams can be made up of players from different Branches or Centres
- Teams must have a nominated licensed HPA Coach
- Matches will be played under HPA rules and are four chukkas
- Not allowed to ride in spurs
- Teams must be prepared to provide an umpire pony for their own matches
- Matches will be played at various clubs and private grounds as organised by the Section Manager in conjunction with the HPA
- Start date week commencing 14th July with the finals being played at Cowdray on 7th August.
- Each team will pay a team deposit of £200 which will be discounted from their entry fee, non-refundable should the team pull out
- Entry £1,200.00 per team. This is for a minimum of 3 games if we do not reach the minimum, you will be refunded pro rata
