The HPA’s Blue Book is our year book and rule book rolled into one! Containing everything you need to know for the new season, the Blue Book is released every spring and includes any rule changes for the season ahead. It also includes a who’s who at the HPA, a look back at the previous year, and contact details for all our HPA clubs and overseas associations. Members receive a printed book with their membership packs, but the latest version with any mid-season updates can always be found online.
